09:26 Bucket I didn't realize it until a neighbor came to my door and told me.

09:27 Bucket Then I try turning the car on this morning. Almost dead. Luckily, there's a neighbor! We try and fail.
09:27 Bucket In the back of my mind though something is nagging at me that he's doing something wrong. AND HE WAS.
09:27 Bucket so I'm hoping the car is OK.

09:28 Bucket he had his car still running for one.

09:28 Bucket and he connected the cable directly to the battery terminals. (I just looked up a how to and I was right; you need to connect black to bare metal

09:29 Bucket my car's completely drained now
09:29 Bucket although with the terminals connected to each other I had power for the accessories

09:31 Raihosha Ah. They send a truck over, and you can definatly get jumped with one of them...at least around here.
09:32 Raihosha But once you get started you're going to want to drive around for a few hours to charge you're battery.
